We provide payroll services, insurance, recruiting, hiring, and any other standards our clients require. Our workforce is a united workforce, therefore we are not centralized and have a pool of workers all over the country!

Initial Consult
The Initial consult can be in person on your site or via phone/zoom call. This is the first step for us to understand your business. We consider the type of jobs that need to be filled, how many positions are open, and rates. You will receive a detailed breakdown of services we offer, contracts for review and any additional information needed to build a custom workforce.
Build Workforce
Our next step is to curate your workforce. We recruit and hire on your behalf by conducting interviews, selecting the best employees to fit your work force needs, and we complete the necessary onboarding documentation & orientation for your new workforce.
Benefits and Payroll
We carry insurance and coordinate payroll for all employees placed through our recruitment process. We have a dedicated team that executes weekly payroll for 2,000+ workers. Our staff submits tax payments and provides supporting payroll tasks, along with generating reports for you to access as requested.
